To protect the working most of the times we end up by making mistakes like demonstrating smaller version of our work in our portfolios which obviously cannot demonstrate the actual true quality. Here a keen and interested viewer which maybe a potential client just sweeps off to another portfolio.

Once I went to a job interview for designing. There was a guy who opened my portfolio folder and lots of thumbs appeared all over the screen. He nodded and gave couple of closer looks to them and then asked me “which designs are yours among them”

Of course most of them were wallpapers that I made from my photography, illustration, other experiments and/or combination of all. He asked for photography I showed wallpapers I made from photographs I took. He demanded for illustration and it was also there.
